This Meeting was called to discuss concerns regarding the system, agreed at the AGM, to ask all losing players in Singles to pay £1, this money to go towards a Prize Fund for Presentation Night. All winners of Singles games would have their name on a ticket; from these tickets, Winners of Cash Prizes would be drawn on Presentation Night.

The first proposal came from The Buck “If you play a Singles game, you give your Captain £1 and your name will go onto a Raffle Ticket, and all Raffle Tickets will be in the Draw on Presentation Night” This proposal was carried.

The second proposal was from Crosskeys “If you play a Singles game, you get a ticket, but only the losers pay £1”. This proposal was not carried.

The final proposal came from the Buck Inn, ” From the moneys paid in, each Division should contribute £150, which will be for a separate Prize Draw with one Winner. Every player that comes to Presentation Night will be given a Raffle Ticket on entry, Those tickets will provide the Winner of this Prize.” This proposal was carried .
